Cowboy Camp

Little Buckaroo Ranch Cowboy Camp is for buckaroos, ages 5-7, with a hankerin' for frontier life in the Old West. Camp begins with an introduction to the horses & ponies of the Little Buckaroo. Cowboys help a ranch hand groom a pony & learn a wrangler's vocabulary describing the color & markings of a horse. Saddle up for pony rides in the OK Corral. Lasso a steer. Then join the stampede over to the shaded picnic area for lunch. On Thursday, set your sights on the bull's eye & hone your marksmanship skills. The Sheriff of the Little Buckaroo will emphasize safety with air guns. Take aim at the bull's eye & test your skill in the pop gun quick draw contest. At trail's end, round 'em up for a hot dog cook out.

Camp sessions are from 10:30 - 12:30. Jeans and sturdy shoes or boots are appropriate ranch attire.

Pre-registration is required. Please return this form with your payment of $150 to Little Buckaroo Ranch. Confirmation of your camp dates and directions to the ranch will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment.
